Linda Grosso has been a communications professional for over twenty-five years. During her career, Linda has developed and implemented communications programs on a wide range of employee benefit, compensation, recruitment, and related human resource issues for employer, employee, and retiree audiences. She has developed internal communications, agency sales force, and B2B marketing materials. Prior to forming Confluent Communications, Linda worked at several of the country’s top HR consulting firms, such as Watson Wyatt (now Willis Towers Watson), AON, and Buck Consultants. She also spent several years at MetLife, spearheading their development of interactive communications tools for the 401(k) market.

Brian Fenwick also has over twenty-five years of communications experience. He spent ten years running the corporate and marketing communications department for a leader in revenue enhancement and recovery services for public healthcare programs. He has since been producing marketing, training, change management, and other materials, primarily addressing HR and financial services. Some of Brian’s work on retirement planning and education has been recommended (“a real gem”) by the Boston Globe.
